Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee on any product we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery or receipt and we will refund you 100% of your purchase price, provided the product is returned in the same condition we shipped it out.

The return policy is unconditional but does not include shipping or credit card clearing charges.  Upon return and inspection, full credit will be given, minus any shipping or credit card charges so long as the equipment is in the same condition as on the date of shipment from the Master Medical Equipment warehouse.  If any damage or evidence of misuse is evident, Master Medical Equipment reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

Refund Policy

All Refunds will be made within 3 business days of the return and will be processed in the same method of payment (example, if paid via Credit card, the refund will be applied to that credit card). Please contact our Customer Service department prior to any return for an RMA number to insure prompt credit.
